Acclaim, Inc. Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Acclaim, Inc. As all our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you upon ordering, we adhere to a policy regarding returns and exchanges.

All Sales Are Final

Since all items are custom-made and printed specifically for you upon ordering, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for the following reasons (often called “Buyer’s Remorse”):

  • Sizing Issues: Ordering the wrong size or garment specifications. Please ensure you consult our sizing charts before placing an order.

  • Color Discrepancies: The color of the product not meeting expectations (we recommend reviewing product images on multiple screens).

  • Change of Mind: Simply deciding you do not want the product after it has been fulfilled.

  • Customer Error: Providing an incorrect shipping address that results in non-delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with the product you receive, we will gladly work to make it right.

How to Report an Issue:

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to raise an issue with a product received in their order.

  1. Email us immediately at hello@playacclaim.com.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Provide a brief description of the issue.

  4. Attach clear, high-quality photographs of the product in question, clearly showing the defect or error.

Our Resolution:

If the photos show a clear production error (e.g., manufacturing defects, wrong design/size due to our error, or shipping damage), we will offer one of the following options:

  • Replacement Product: We will immediately send you a replacement of the original item at no additional cost.

  • Store Credit: We may offer a store credit for the full value of the item.

We only offer a replacement product or store credit, and do not process cash or credit card refunds for defective/incorrect items.
