About the game
Die or Die is an action roguelike where you run, shoot, and dodge through five worlds on your way to the coast. Wipe out enemies to move to the next level. Collect dice to build your run with abilities and super weapons, or use them to get rid of bummers, which make each level harder.
Lil’ Demon is tired of the city, tired of driving a taxi, tired of all of it. He needs a vacation, but life has other ideas. Every run you take him through starts from scratch, so the only thing that gets stronger is you.
Every die is a decision. Every death is your fault.

- Your goal is to get to the beach, and five worlds full of enemies and hazards are out to stop you. Dice are up for grabs in every level. How you spend your dice can make or break your run.
You can scavenge for them, earn them from challenges, or go big and try to finish a level with bummers piled up against you.

- BUMMERS MAKE IT WORSE
Clear a level and congrats, here’s a handful of pesky bummers! Enemies might become more challenging, speech bubbles could block your view, you might be forced to play on your grandpa’s TV, or the entire world could flip upside down. Dozens of unique bummers are ready to get in your way.
Lucky for you, you can send them to hell using your dice! But dice are limited, and any bummers you don’t clear will stack against you in the next level.

- Dice buy you everything: abilities, weapons, even a way to get rid of those pesky bummers. Everything is after your hard-earned dice.
You can’t afford it all, so pick your poison. How will you make your life easier? So many options, so few dice.

- Need more dice? Take on challenges through contracts and you can earn extra dice at the end of each level. Blow it… and there will be no dice for you.

Don’t get comfy! You will die. A lot. And you’ll have no one to blame but yourself. Now, start over!
Each run teaches you something new, unlocking more weapons, abilities, and even bummers to encounter in future runs.
