ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating social media content (including Instagram, TikTok videos), shareable gifs, screenshots, etc. and managing campaigns on social media channels.
• Actively engaging with the community on platforms such as Reddit, Steam, Discord, and social media.
• Continuously improving how we interact with fans and fostering meaningful connections.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with content creators and their communities through community channels.
• Moderating and maintaining our Discord, Steam forums, Reddit, and social media platforms.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in creating video content is a must.
• Experience with streaming is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in engaging with communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, Steam, and social media.
• Ability to produce media content that enhances a game’s social media presence.
• Knowledge of best practices for interacting with communities across various content platforms and social media.
• Experience as a community mod/manager.
• Must be self-organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
